One Corporate Video Shoot Shouldn’t Produce Just One Video

One Corporate Video Shoot Shouldn’t Produce Just One Video

A company may spend weeks organizing interviews, finding a location, coordinating schedules, and getting everyone in the same room.

Then the shoot produces one video.

That is usually a missed opportunity.

If you already have your executives, employees, customers, or subject-matter experts on camera, the footage can often serve several purposes.

A longer company video can become shorter LinkedIn clips. An executive interview can produce individual answers for social media. Customer comments can become testimonials. A conference interview can support recruiting, sales, internal communication, or future event promotion.

The key is thinking about those uses before the cameras start.

A marketing team that knows it needs horizontal website content, vertical social clips, short interviews, and still images can plan the shoot around all of them instead of trying to repurpose everything afterward.

The goal is not to create more content simply for the sake of having more.

It is to get more useful mileage from the time your team has already invested.
